INSTALLATION - SAMPLES - MANUAL

1. Run the MXP file (XGAccordionGallery.mxp).

2. When Extesion Manager (EM) confirmation window opens, click the "Accept" button (Extension Manager takes care of installing and removing extensions. You Should have it installed by now. If not, you can download it at http://www.macromedia.com/exchange/em_download/).

3. After installing the component, EM asks you where you want to save “help_XGAccordionGallery.zip” file which contains manual and sample files. Choose a location.

4. All done!! You can now use XGAccordionGallery. We advise you to consult the attached examples.

• If you installed the component while flash was running, you need to reload the Component panel by selecting "Reload" in the Components Panel Menu.

This is a legal agreement between You, the purchaser, and XGEM - GENERAL EXTENSION MANAGER.
By downloading any product from the XGEM website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
XGEM grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify works and images (the "Product") subject to the restrictions contained herein.You may use the Product in your personal, commercial, and client projects, including advertising, web designs, software applications, on-line or multimedia projects, presentations, film, video, and computer games.
All ownership and copyright of the licensed products remain the property of XGEM.
You may modify the products (Graphics), their shape, color, and/or file format and use the modified products royalty-free according to the license terms for any commercial or personal design and software projects. You may also display the modified product in related documentation, help files, and advertising materials.
You may not lease, license or sub-license the products, or a subset of the products, or any modified products to any third party unless they are incorporated into your own software or design products, which do not compete directly with the XGEM product.
This License Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the European laws. No choice of law rules of any jurisdiction will apply. If any provision of this License Agreement is held to be unenforceable, this License Agreement will remain in effect with the provision omitted. No title or intellectual property rights in the Product is transferred to you. XGEM retains all rights not expressly granted by this license. All product files are provided "As is" without warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree to hold XGEM harmless for any result that may occur during the course of using the licensed products.

YOU MAY NOT:

- Sub-license the Extension.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
- Rent, loan, lease, modify or distribute the Extention.
- Copy the Extension or manual except as provided in this agreement.

 
EXEPTION: If you are running a portal or a community site and you want to use the component as a member’s service, please contact us.

To use the component as a member’s service means:

1) users can have access to the component xml files, change the component and save it for personal use.
2) users pay you some money to have access to usage of the component, so that they can modify it and save it for their personal use.
3) in any other way you give access to our component to member’s of your portal or community site so that they can make personal use of the component without buying it.

Don’t let this confuse you. If you don’t do any of the above you can use the component on as many site as you like, as many times as you want and on whatever project you are doing.
